Built for Connection

This Midland kitchen remodel was all about setting the stage for future memories. With a layout that no longer worked for a family that loves to cook and bake together, designer Julie Ratcliffe of Designed by Julie LLC reimagined the space with better flow and functionality in mind.

We were brought in to handle the construction and installation—bringing her vision to life with custom cabinetry, a built-in microwave nook, and a custom range hood. We also coordinated refinishing the original hardwood floors during the cabinet removal phase, making the most of the wide-open timing.

Tile was sourced locally from Custom Tile of Midland, and the end result is a bright, welcoming kitchen ready for everyday moments and future generations.
